I,HENRY C.GARRETTSON,of South Strabane
Township,WasLington County,Pennsylvania,being of aound
nind,memory and understanding,do hereby make and publish
the following as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all other wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my
est~te,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,to my
wife,Nellie L.Garrettson,of South strabane Township,
Washington Co~nty,Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns,pro-
vided I predecease her.In the eve~t that my said wife,
Nellie L.Garrettson,does predecease me,I give,devise and
bequeath my whole estate to my son,William H.Garrettson,
of South Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
bis heirs and assigns.
SECOND:I do hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint my wife,Nellie L.Garrettson,Executrix of this
my Last Will and Testament.In the event that she would
predecease me,I do appoint my son,William H.Garrettson,
as Executcr of this Last Will and Testame~t.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Eenry C.Garrettson,the
Testator,have hereunto set my hand ar_d seal,this 7 4
day of August,1948.
