Park College Parkville,Missouri. ~----"'T'"----------------------------------- LAST ILL AND TESTAMENT I,ROBERT D.HAMILTON,of "Chartiers Township,Washing- ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make and publish the following as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made: FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease by my Executor,hereinafter named. SECOND.To my son,Robert M.Hamilton,I give and be- queath fifteen shares of the stock of the First National Bank of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania;ten shares of the stock of the Wash- ington Trust Company of Washington,Pennsylvania;and three shares of the stock of the Peoples National Bank of ashington, Pennsylvania;I also give to my said son any notes which I may hold of his and the interest thereon,and the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)in cash. SIXTH.To my grandsons,ndrew Riggle,Royal Riggle, Clair Hamilton,George Paxton and Edward Plunkett,I give and bequeath to each five shares of the stock of the First National Bank of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,the said stock,however,to be held in trust by my Executor until each of my said grandsons arrive at the age of twenty-one years. SEVENTH.Should.there be any change made in the par value or increase in the number of shares made by any of the banks in \mich I hold stock,it is my intent that all the be- quests of bank stock made in my Will shall be based upon the present par value of said stock and capitalization of said bank. EIGHTH.To my granddaughters living at my decease,I give and bequeath the sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00), to be divided as follows:To the daughters of Cora E.Riggle, Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00);to the daughters of Elsie M. Plunkett,Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00);to the daughter or daughters of Robert M.Hamilton,Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00); and to the daughter or daughters of Charles M.Hamilton,Eight Hundred Dollars ($800.00).I direct that what I have given to my granddaughters shall be held in trust by my Executor and paid to my said granddaughters as they each arrive at the age of twenty- one years,and should any of my said granddaughters die before arriving at the age of twenty-one years without leaving lawful issue to survive,it is my will that the share of the granddaughte or granddaughters so dying shall be paid to her surviving sister 0 sisters. ELEVENTH.To the Momen's .i!issionary Society of the Houston United Presbyterian Church,I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)for Amertcan Missions,and also the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)for the work of Foreign Missions.This bequest for Foreign {issions is made in lieu and in payment of a subscription which I made to the World Movement, and should the same not be accepted as payment of said subscriptio this legacy of $500.00 for Foreign Missions shall become null and void. TWELFTH.To Park College,Parkville,Missouri,I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
