That I,Archie Ferguson ,of Roscoe
in the County of Washington and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last Wltll and \testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the remainder and residue of my estate,
both real and personal and wherever situate,in equal shares to my
children:1~omas Ferguson,Edward Ferguson,and Mary Catherine Schm'
AND LASTLY.-I do make,constitute and appoint Hary Catherine Schmidt
to be Executrix ofthzs my last Will and Testament.
