I,Samuel L.Denniston,of the borough of Mount---Pleasant,Westmoreland County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish '
and declare the following to be my last will and testament:
"
I direct my Executrix hereinafter named,upon the sale
of my interest in the Lindley tract of coal situate in South
Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,if not sold
by me in my lifetime,to invest the sum of Two thousand four
hundred dollars in some safe security or on mortgage and to.pay
the interest and income arising therefrom annually to my dear
Mother,Mary E.Denniston during her life.
Subject to the foregoing and to the payment of my
just debts and funeral expenses,I give devise and bequeath all
my estate,real,personal,and mixed,to my beloved wife,
Elouise Denniston and appoint her as the sole executrix hereof.
In Witness \~ereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this Fourth day of January 1908.
