All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal
and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate,I order and direct to
be converted into money as soon as can conveniently be done after my
decease;and for that purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my
Executor hereinafter named,to sell and dispose of all my said real
estate,at pUblic sale or sales,for the best price or prices that
can be gotten for the same,and by proper Deed or Deeds of conveyances
or assurances in the law,to be dUly executed,acknowledged and per-
fected,to grant,convey and assure the same to the purchaser or
purchasers thereof in fee simple,hereby giving my Executor herein-
after named,full power to collect the rents,issues and profits of
my said real estate from the date of my decease until said real estate

CODICIL
I,IDESTA F.BOLIJli\N,the within named testatrix do hereby
make,and pUblish this Codicil to my last Will and Testament
bearing date of June 4th,A.D.one thousand nine hundred twenty,
in manner following,to wit:-
I give,devise and bequeath my House and Lot where I now
reside situate at Number 809 Chess street,in Monongahela City,
Pennsylvania,together with all my Household Furniture contained
therein,to my sister Lyde J.Gregg,for and during the term of
her natural life,she to pay the taxes assessed against said
property,to keep said dwelling in good repair and insured for a
reasonable amount,hereby exempting the above bequest from the
residuary clause as set forth in ~Will dated June 4th,A.D.
one thousand nine hundred twenty,until after the death of my
said sister Lyde J.Gregg.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
