I,Phoebe Hallam,of the City of Washington,Washin~ton
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound nemory 8nd understand/do here-
by make,publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time
made.
First:I direct that all my just debts ~nd funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
Second:I give and bequeath to my daughter Mae Hallam
Flinta the sum of five thousand ($5,000.00 )dollars for keeping
and carin~for me during my lifetime;and further,it is my wish,
and I hereby suggest,that my said daughter look after the welfare
of my grand-son,Lewis Hallam.
Third:I give and bequeath to my dauehter,Dollie
Riggle of Akron,Ohio,my brass bed.
Fourth:I ~ive and bequeath to my son,J.A.Hallam,
one hundred ($100.00 )dollars.
Fifth:All the rest and residue of my estate both
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath,equally,to the follow-
ing persons:Thomas Hallam,my son,of Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania;
J..Hallam,my son,of South Strabane Township,~Jashington County,
Pennsylvania;Dollie Riggle,my daughter,of Akron,Ohio;Mae Hallarr
Flinta,my daughter,of the City of 1 ashington,\'!ashington County,
pennsylvania;and Lewis Hallam,my grand-son,of Donora,~as~ington
County,Pennsylvania.
I do horeby make constitute and appoint,my daughter,
Mae Hallam Flinta,to be executrix of this my Last Will nd Testament.
In Witness l,"ihereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this ~~day of March 1928.
