ow this agreement is made for the purpose of disPosing of
ourseperate Estates,
first it is hereby agreed that at the death of eather of the
parties whose .n~es are hereto subscribed,then his or her
estate both real and personal of what SO ever nature after
the funeral exPences and just debts are paid shall belong
to the remaining party to this agreement ~o hold or dispose
of as they may desire,theremaining party to this agreement
to have power to make deed and title to any real estate
that may be posesed by eather of the parties hereto,
