I,THOldAS L.HUFFMAN,of ashington,Pennsylvania,being of
sound and disposing mind,to make and pUblish this my last will and
testament.
ITEM I.I direct that all my just debts,including my
funeral expenses,be paid as soon as convenient for ,my Executors to
do so.
ITEM II.I give,devise and bequeath unto my grandson,
Thomas William Rabe,of Columbus,Ohio,my gold watch and chain.
ITEM III.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,wheresoever it is situated or may be found,I devise
and bequeath to my Executors hereinafter named for the use of my
b~loved wife,Anna B.HUffman,during her natural life,she to de-
"termine whether or not all of it shall be converted into money or
remain as it is at the time of my death;at her death I give,devise
and bequeath all of the same,subject to the provision hereinafter
made concerning the disposition of the said property during the life
time of my Wife,to my two children,Mary M.oWllJ,:"of onesson,Pa.
and Sarah Evelyn Rabe,of Columbus,Ohio,to be distributed share
and share alike between them.
ITEM IV.WHEREAS,Sarah Evelyn Rabe has been loaned by me
the sum of Five Hundred (500.00)Dollars,I direct that in case
this amount has not been paid before my death or is not paid into
my estate,that the amount of money to which she is entitled,or the
share of my estate which would finally go to her under Item III,
shall be diminished by the said amount,500.00,or by the amount
or any part of the same remaining unpaid,and she shall be given
full credit for the same;this direction to be considered null and
void in case she has or does make settlement of the said amount of
Five Hundred (500.00)Dollars.

ITEM V.I direct and empower my Executors hereinafter /
named that in case it should be determined that my wife,Anna B.
•
HUffman should become in any wise physically incapacitated and in
need of more than the income from my estate,she shall be allowed
whatever is necessary from the corpus of my estate for her care and
keeping as it may be reasonably needed,even to the extent of ex-
hausting the whole of said estate,as it is my desire that my wife
shall not in any wi se need for anything so long as there is any of
my estate left to supply that need.
ITEM VI.Should it be determined by my wife,Anna B.Huff-
man,that she desires all of my estate to be converted into money,
then I hereby direct and authorize my Executors to make sale of any
real estate that I may possess,and empo er them to execute a good
and sUfficient deed for said real estate at the price or sum agreed
upon by my wife,Anna B.Huffman.
ITEM VII.I do nominate and appoint,Mary M.Mow\l and
Sarah Evelyn Rabe,my two daughters,to be the Executors of this
my last will and testament,and direct that they give good and
sufficient bond as maJT be required by law upon qualifying as Execu-
tors.
