ton County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testamen
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the
expenses of my illness and funeral.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeatn to my four
children~Mary Godzik,Margaret Blatnick,Andrew Dzuricsko,Jr.
and Irene Petaon,tneir heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
Andrew Dzuricsko,Jr.,Exeoutor of this my Will,and I direot that
he shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in
which he may act.I authorize and empower my executor,for tm
payment of debts or for any pur~ose of administration or distribu-
tion,at any time within two (2)years from the date of my death,
to sell all or any of my real estate,at pUblic or private sale,
for sucn prices and upon such terms as to cash and credit as he ma
deem best,and to execute deeds of conveyance thereof,without
liability on the part of the purcnasers to see to tne application
or tne purcnase moneys.Tnis power snall not be construed to work
a conversion of my real estate,unless and until tne power is
actually exercised,nor shall this power be oonstrued to extend
the lien of debts..'
