I,JAMES C.CORRIN,of onongahela City,ashington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do make,pUblish and declare this my Last ill and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any will by me at any time hereto-
fore made,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executors,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I order and direct my body be buried in the
Corrin Lot in onongahela Cemetery,and that my ~xecutors,herein-
after named,purchase and have erected at my grave a marker similar
to and to oorrespond with the markers at other graves in the Corrin
Lot.
THIRD:I Will,give and bequeath unto onongahela
Cemetery,One Hundred (100.00)Dollars,the interest,income,and
profit therefrom to be used for the oare of the Corrin Lot in which
my body is to be buried and the graves therein.
FOURTH:I Will,give and bequeath unto my Wife,
argaret E.Corrin,all my household goods and furniture and furnish-
ings absolutely.
FIFTH:I Will,give and deVise unto my Wife,
Margaret E.Corrin,the use of my house and lot where we now re-
side,at No.520 Chess Street,Third ard,Monongahela City,ash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,bounded by lands of Ella Detwiler on
the ast,lands of James De alt on the South,and lands formerly

of Hannah Pierce ~state on the West.for and during the term of
her natural life.and at her death I order and direct that my said
house and lot which I have left to my wife during her life be sold
by my ~xecutors.at either public or private sale.which they may
deem most advantageous to my estate,the proceeds thereof to be
placed in my residuary estate and disposed of as hereinafter pro-
vided for my residuary estate.
And for the purpose of the sale of my said above mentioned
house and lot.after the death of my wife as aforesaid,I hereby
authorize and direct my Executors.hereinafter named,or the sur-
vivor of them,to make,execute,acknowledge,and deliver the proper
deed or deeds,or other assurances that may be necessary.to convey
the full and absolute title thereof to the purchaser,with full
power to receive the purchase money therefor•
SIXTH:•I order and direct my ~xecutors.hereinafter
named.to payout of my estate the cost of all insurance and all the
taxes that may be due or accrue against my above mentioned house and
lot known as No.520 Ohess Street.Monongahela Oity,aforesaid,as
well as the cost of all repairs necessary to be made in or on said
premises,during the life of my said Wife.Margaret •Oorrin;she
to enjoy the use of said premises during her lifetime.free of any
cost or expense by way of repairs,insurance or taxes.Said
taxes,cost of all insurance,and repairs to be paid out of the
funds of my estate in the hands of my 'xecutors.
SEVENTH:I order and direct that my Executors,herein-
after named.shall set aside from my estate the sum of Fifteen
Thousand (~15.000.00)Dollars.invest the said sum in lawful secur-
ities,and to pay the rents,interest,income~and profit therefrom
to my said Wife,

Corrin and Charles E.Penrod.Sr••all my undivided interest in the
partnership heretofore existing between said Harry R.Corrin.
Charles K.Penrod.Sr••and myself.trading under the name of
Corrin and Penrod.in the grocery business at No.238 lest Main
Street.onongahela City.Pennsylvania.and in all the assets of
said partnership.
I Will.give and devise unto Harry R.
Corrin and Charles E.Penrod.Sr••above named.all my undivided
interest in the premises situate on the Southern side of est Main
Street.Seoond ard.onongahela City.ashington County.Pennsyl-
vania.bounded on the North by est ain Street.on the East by
land of B.F.Forsythe and H.L.Mayne.on the South by Chess Street.
and on the est by lands owned jointly by S~muel B.Robinson.Paul
C.Robinson.and innie Robinson,and lands of James H.Boyer.on
the condition that the said Harry R.Corrin and Charles '.Penrod.
Sr.,shall pay to my Wife.argaret E.Corrin.the sum of Three
Hundred (300.00)Doll re,/eaoh year,for and during the term of her
natural life.nd in the ev~nt that the said Harry R.Corrin and
Charles •Penrod,Sr.,desire to sell and dispose of said real
estate during the life time of my said Wife.then.in such case,a
sufficient part of the purchase money received therefor to be in-
vested in lawful securities to a sufficient amount that the interest.
income.and profit therefrom shall amount to Three Hundred (300.00)
Dollars per annum.which said interest.income.and profit of Three
Hundred ('300.00)Dollar to be paid by the said Harry R.Corrin and
Charles E.Penrod.Sr.,to my said Wife during her natural life.
It is my desire that my said Wife,
Margaret E.Corrin.shall be sufficiently provided for during her
natural life,and the provisions for her which I have hereinabove
named are intended to be in lieu of her dower rights and her rights

in my estate under the intestate laws of this Commonwealth,but in
the event that through sickness,misfortune,or some unforseen cause,
the care,maintenanoe,and welfare of my wife should require a sum
in exoess of the provisions hereinabove made for her,than,in such
oase,my said nxecutors are hereby authorized to extend further
financial assistanoe to her in such case,during her lifetime,out of
and from the interest,income,and profit from other funds of my
estate in the hands of my said Ex cutors.Which I have not herein
speoifically set apart for such purpose,as such situation may re-
quire and demand;this to be a matter absolutely within the discretion
of my said Executors whether or not such circumstances may require
such additional payment to my said wife during her lifetime.
ELEVENTH:I Will,give and bequeath unto my sister,
Ella •Yohe.the sum of One Thousand (1,000.00)Dollars.should she
be liVing at the time of my death.but should my said sister.Ella
•Yohe.be deceased at the time of my death.said sum of One
Thousand (1,000.00)Dollars to be distributed with my residuary
estate as hereinafter provided.
TWELFTH:I will.give and bequeath unto my
brother.Alfred B.Corrin,the sum of One Thousand ('~l.OOO.OO)
Dollars.should he be living at the time of my death.but should
my said brother,Alfred B.Corrin.be deceased at the time of my
death,said sum of One Thoueand (1.000.00)Dollars to be distributed
with my residuary estate as hereinafter provided.
THIR~ENTH:I Will.give and bequeath unto my sister.

Hundred (100.00)Dollars.

EIGHTEENTH:I will,give and bequeath unto Esther
C.Penrod,wife of Charles E.Penrod,Sr.,the sum of One Hundred

NINETEENTH:I will,give and bequeath unto Elizabeth

TWENTY-FIRST:\All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate and property,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever
nature and kind,to be hel~by my Exec~tors,all moneys to be ~n~
vested in Is ful securities,during the natural life of my Wife,and
upon the death of my wife the same to be sold and converted into
cash,and the proceeds therefrom,together With the Trust Fund of

Fifteen Thousand ('15,000.00)Dollars hereinabove created for the
benefit of my wife during her lifetime,to be converted into cash
at her death,and together with the proceeds from the sale of my
real estate,situate at No.520 Chess Street,Third 'ard,Monongahela
City,Pa.,which I have given to my wife during her lifetime and
ordered to be sold and converted into cash after her decease,to be
divided and distributed in the following manner.
(a)To my sister,Ella M.Yohe,should she
be living at the time of the death of my Wife,the One-eighth (l/S)
thereof;but in the event that she should be deceased at the time of
the death of my Wife,then,in such event,the said One-eighth (l/S)
of my residuary estate which she would have received had she been
living at the time of the death of my Wife,to be equally diVided
between her five children,viz:-Cly[e C.Yohe,Annetta M.Sampson,
mma Kuhlman,dward L.Yohe and James K.Yohe,in equal shares.

(b)To my brother,Alfred B.Corrin,should
he be living at the time of the death of my Wife.the One-eighth
(l/S)thereof;but in the event that he should be deceased at the
time of the death of my Wife,then,in such event,the said One-
eighth (l/S)of my residuary estate which he would have received
had be been liVing at the time of the death of my wife.to be equally
divided between his three children,viz:-Edith ilt,James A.
Corrin and Eleanor Gent,in equal shares,share and share alike.
(0)To my sister,'Emma J.alker,should she
be living at the time of the death of my Wife,the One-eighth (l/S)
thereof;but in the event that she should be deceased at the ti e
of the death of my Wife.then,in suoh event,the said One-eighth
(l/S)of my residuary estate which she would have received had she
been living at the time of the death of my Wife,to be distributed
and paid to her son,George T.alker,Jr.
(d)To my niece,Edna Corrin.the One-sixteenth

fourth (1/24)thereof;
(k)To my nephew,John B.Corrin.the One-twentyfourth

(1)To my niece,Lois O.Young,the One-twentyfourth
(1/24)thereof;
(m)To my step-son,Oharles E.Penrod.Sr.,the One-
eighth (1/8)thereof.
TWENTY-SEC OND :I nominate,constitute and appoint
Charle E.Penrod.Sr.,my step-son,as Guardian of the Estates of
IOharlesE.Penrod,Jr~.Esther Ann Penrod,and Margaret Elizabeth
Penrod,should they or any of them be under the age of twenty-one
years at the time of my death.
TWENTY-THII{p:I nominate,oonstitute and appoint
Harry R.Oorrin,my nephew,as Guardian of the Estate of Elizabeth
Corrin,should she be under the age of twenty-one years at the time
of my death.

TV NTY-FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my
nephew,Harry •Corrin,and my step-son,Oharles E.Penrod,Sr.,
as Executors of this my Last ill and Testament.
