WILL OF EMMA W.GARHOOD.
I,Emma W.Garwood,also known as Emma F.Garwood,
of the Borough of Centerville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any other vlill or w lIs by me at any
time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executrix tereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever 'situate,to my sister,Anna L.
Watkins,for ar-d during the term of her natural life,with full
power to ~ell and dispose of any or all of my estate,both real
and personsl,as she,in her opinion,may deem necessary and prope .
3.After ~he death of my s~ster,Anna L.Watkins,
I give,devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate as follows:
3/5 thereof to my nieces,Viola Nixon 2nd Florence Alsworth,and
my nephew,H.E~gene Watkins,share ant share alikej 2/5 thereof t<
the follOWing nephews and nieces:Fremont Watkins,Lester Watkins,
Thelma Ballentyne;Lewis Watkins,Vera Newell,Iva Vickers,Pansy
?ierce,Edrea Gillen,Cameron Watkins,El12 Watkins,Wilbur Watkinf
and Robert Watkins,share and share ali~ej provided,however,that
if any of said nephews or nieces shall ~redecease me or mymster,
Anna L.Wat~ins,leaving a child or children to survive him or her
the share o~such deceased nephew or niece shall go to such child
or children,but f such deceased nephew or niece shall not leave
a child or child~en surviving him or her,the share of such nephew
or niece shall be divided equally among the survivors of the group
ta which saii deceased nephew or niece belonged.
4.I authorize and empower my Executrix and Executors
hereinafter namec to sell any real estate or interest therein of
which I may die seized,at such price ani upon such terms as she
