I,STELLA FULMER,of Fallowfield Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my Last Will and revoke
any Will previously made by me.
FIRST:All of my estate,real and personal,I give,
devise and bequeath to my son,Dennis D.Nichi,his heirs and
assigns.
SECOND:I constitute and appoint my son,Dennis D.
Nichi,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand this
25th day of May,1973.

the Testatrix herein named,as and for her Last Will in the presence
of us,who,at her request,in her presence and in the presence of
