I,C~~OLINE CADY,of Monongahela City,ashington County,
Pennsy1vani "being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,
pUblish and declare this my Last ill and estament,hereby revoking
and making void any will by me at any time heretofore made,in manner
and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executor,
hereinafter named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate and property,real,personal and mixed,of hatsoever
nature and kind,and wheresoever situate,I Will,give,devise and'
bequeath unto my sister,Elizabeth Ewing,my sister,Sarah Jane Henry,
my sister,Hannap M.Kallar,my sister,Margaret Chester,and my
brother,James Edward Cady,in equal shares,share and share alike,
in fee simple and absolutely.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint

Geo.•Scott as Executor of this my Last ill and ~estament.
