sant'Angelo Fasanella,province of salerno,kingdom of Italy,and
now residing at NO.610 Fallowfield Ave.charleroi,county of
washington,state of -pennsy:I:vania,united state s of North America,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make my last
Will and Testament in manner and form following~
First ~I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Virginia
De Leo n~e Liguori all the income and.the rents of all
my properties consisting in four dwellings located in r,harleroi,
washington county,-penn'a.,or any other real estate property
that I may acquire after this date and which I rrfly have
at the,time of my deatho
second:Tn case al the incomes derived from said properties
should not be enough for my wife virginia to make a decent
living or to meet a long sickness,a costly operation or
other emergencies she will have the privilege,the authority·
and the power of selling two (2)of my said houses,and to use
the money sre will will get from the sales to defray rer
expenses;sre cannot however sell for such purposes the house
