County of Washington and State ot Pennsylvania.
being of sound mind,memory and li>nderstanding',do make and puhlish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking a,nd ma,king void all former JiVills by
me at anytime heretofore made.
First.I direct that all my persQnal
die seized or possessed,shall be sol
for its reasonable value ,for like current money"or on such credi t,
and the amount thereof secured in such manner as is usual in like
c~ses to insure th~full and punctual peyment thereof.And to effectu-
ate this my intention,I do hereby vest in my said executor full power
and authority to dispose of my real estate,in fee sim~le,or for a
term of years ,or otherwise,in as full and large a manner,in every res
pect,as I could myself do,if living.
Further,I do direct that the net produce of my real and personal
estate,heretofore ordered by me to be disposed of ,be diVided equally
as soon as it c~n be done,share and 'share alike,among my wife and my
several children who shall survive me;and that the produce of the
real estate,if sold on credit,shall be divided in like manner,as soon
as it shall come into the hands of my executor.
