I,JESSE A.GALLENTON,of Donora,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments or
writings i::l the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done.
SECOND:All i:he rest,residue and remainder of my es-
tate,whether real,personal or mixed,and whe,resoever the same may
be situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my
aaughter,Emma Jayne Michael,providing she is living at the time of
my death.In the event my dat:..ghter,Emma Jayne Michael,predeceases
me,or in ti1.e event we both die as the result of a common accident or
disaster,I give,.:'evisE and bequeath my said residuary estate to John
Shuman,of Donor;::.,Pe:;:lnsylva::lia.
THIRD:I do hereby constitute and appoint my daughter,
Emma Jayne Mich::..el,executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,
providing she is lb-ing at the tine of my death.In the event my daughter,
Emma Jayne Michael,predeceases me,I hereby cO::lstitute and appoint
John Shuman.of Donora,Pennsylvania,executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.
