ARTICLE ONE I glve all my household goods,furniture,furnish- lngs,books,pictures,silver,chinaware,jewelry,automobiles, personal effects and all my other tangible personal property (except cash),and any insurance thereon,to my wife,RUTH H. FERGUSON,if she shall survive me by thirty (30)days.If she shall not survive me by thirty (30)days,I give all such property to such of my children who shall survive my wife and me In such shares as they may agree upon,or,if they shall be unable to agree,then in such shares as my Executor,after consulting the wishes of such children,or those of any person having cus- tody of any minor child,shall determine.My Executor shall deliver directly to the minor or to the person having custody of the minor such minor's share of the property,and the minor or the person having custody of the minor may receipt therefor to my Executor without giving bond.Any such property not so distributed shall be added to my residuary estate. ARTICLE TWO I direct that there shall be paid from and charged ex- clusively to the principal of my estate remaining after providing : for the foregoing bequests all inheritance,success~on and estate taxes,together with any interest or penalties thereon,imposed upon or payable with respect to any property which may be included as a part of my estate for the purposes of such taxes.My Execu- tor shall not collect or seek reimbursement for any such taxes from any other source.In the discretion of my Executor,taxes on future interests may be prepaid or payment thereof may be postponed until the future interests vest in possession.I authorize my Executor,in my Executor's sole and absolute discretion, to use administration expenses as deductions for estate tax purposes or income tax purposes and to use date-of-death values or optional values for estate tax purposes,regardless of the effect thereof on the interest of any beneficiary of my estate, and I direct that there shall be no adjustment of such interest by reason of any action taken by my Executor pursuant hereto. ARTICLE THREE I give all the residue of my estate to the Trustee who shall be acting at the time of my death under my Insurance Trust Agreement dated 'flcP~~/0 ,19~to be administered and distributed by such Trustee in accordance with the provisions of that Agreement as it may be amended from time to time prior to my death.In the event that my Insurance Trust Agreement shall not be in effect at the date of my death,I give all the residue of my estate to the Trustee acting under such Agreement as of the execution of this Will,to be administered and distributed in accordance with the provisions of such 2. ARTICLE FOUR I appoint my wife,RUTH H.FERGUSON,and PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,and the survivor of them,Executor of this Will. I appoint PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK Guardian of any property passing to a minor upon my death otherwise than under the provisions of this Will,with authority,as Guardian,to pay both principal and income to or for the benefit of such minor for his health,maintenance,support and complete education, including preparatory,college and postgraduate or professional training. In the administration of my estate,my Executor shall have the following discretionary powers,in addition to and not in limitation of any authority and powers given an Executor by law,exercisable without court order and until actual distribution: to sell and convey at public or private sale any real estate owned by me upon such terms as my Executor shall deem proper;to operate any business,effect or join in any incorporation,partnership, recapitalization,merger,reorganization or voting trust plan and Itodelegateauthoritywithrespectthereto;to invest in all forms of property,without restrictions to investments authorized for fiduciaries;and to distribute any part of my estate in kind. No fiduciary hereunder shall be required to furnish any bond or other security in any jurisdiction.
