SARAH FLENNIKEN
I,SARAH FLENNIKEN,of Amwell Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do make and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses,including my gravemarker,shall be paid from my
residuary estate,as soon as practicable after my decease,as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
2.I bequeath my entire estate as follows:Twenty-
Five (25)Per Cent to my mother,Mae Gantz;Seventy-Five (75)
Per Cent to my daughter,Lillian Miller.If my said mother
does not survive me,then the entire One Hundred (100)Per
Cent shall pass to my daughter,Lillian Miller.If my said
daughter does not survive me,then her interest hereunder
shall pass to her issue per stirpes.
3.I hereby appoint my daughter,Lillian Miller
of Claysville,Pennsylvania,as Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament.
