I,ETTA M.DUNLEVY,of the Borough of Dunlevy,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory
hereby make,declare and publish this to be my Last Will and Test-
ament,revoking any and all former Wills by me heretofore made:
1st.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.All of my property and estate of whatsoever nature,
and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister,
Jessie F.Dunlevy,and to her heirs and assigns.
3rd.I hereby consitute and appoint my said sister,
Jessie F.Dunlevy,to be the Executrix of this Will,and I ex-
pressly authorize her to sell any or all of my real estate,at
public or private sale,and to make,execute and deliver proper
lawful deed or deeds therefor.
WITNESS my hand and seal at Dunlevy,Pennsylvania,this
