Before me,the undersigned authority,personally appeared
Andy Marasovich,of Donora,Pa.,who,upon being duly sworn ac-
cording to law,deposes and says:that the above named Pete
Busleta was a resident of Donora,Pa.,and that he committed sui-
cide by drwoning in the Monongahela River at about 5:30 O'Olock
P.k.,on December 5th,1925;that he was never married and that
his parents are both dead;that he has no relatives in the Uni-
ted States -of America but has a brother somewhere in the Old
Country;that deceased is not a citizen of this Oountry but was
a Citizen of the Country that is know known as Jugo-Slavia.De-
ponent further avers that he is the person named in the card that
will be offered for probate as the last Will and Testament of
deceased and that he desires that letters C.T.A.,or of admini-
stration be issued to D.M.Anderson,Attorney,Donora,Pa.
