LAST LAND ':'ESTAMENT
I,ME'ITA Ie GORDON,of Dor.egal Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understarrl ing,do hereby make
and publiEh this nw Lc.st Will and Testament,hereby revoking all -ills by me
at a IV tme heretofore made.
ITEM 1:I c.irect that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay all
of my just debts and funeral ~xpenses as soon as corwenient after my decease.
ITEM 2:ill the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of what-
ever kind and wherever situate,I give,dense anc bequeath unto my brother,
Grover C.Gordon.Shculd nw said bro ther,Grover C.Gordon,predecease me,
then and in such event,I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,resid-q.e
and remairrler of nw estate as follows:
A.I give and bequeath the surr.of $500.00 unto my niece,
Delilah Sunmersgill,cf faynesburg,Pennsylvania.
B.I give and bequeath the SUIt of ~5500.00 unto my nephew,
Joseph Gordon,of Norfolk,West Virginia.
C.All the rest,residue am remainder of nw estate I give,
devise and beque:.th unto Walter H.Hunt and Annie Hunt,his v-dfe,provided the
have fulfilled the terms of a:l Agreement er:tered into ::m this date relating
to the care of my said brother,Grover C.Gordon,and me.
IASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint Sherman H.Siegel,
Esquire,as Executor of this my last '\ill and 1'estament and direct that he
shall not 'oe required to furnish bond in any jurisdiction in which he may
act.
