I,J.R.CURRY,Widower,of the Village of Gastonville,

Union Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,here-
by revoking and making void each and every former will,and all
former wills,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:-I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,as soon
as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:-I give and bequeath all my property and estate,
real,personal and mixed,of every kind and nature,wheresoever
situate,to my daughter,Alice E.Curry,her heirs and assigns
forever,in fee simple,and absolutely.
THIRD:-I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Alice E.Curry,Executrix of this my last will and testament.
