"WILL DISPOSE G OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY"
I,Ezra B.Hann,of the Borough of Bentleyville,County of
Washington,State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory,
and understanuing,do make and publish this my last will and test-
ament,hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
And first,I direct that my body be decently interred in the
Presbyterian Cemetery,in Powhatan,Ohio,according to the rites
and ceremonies of the Presbyterian Church,and that my funeral
be conducted in a manner correspondine with my estate and situation
in life.
As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with,I
dispose of the same as follows,viz:I give and bequeath to my
beloved wife,Celia Hann,the sum of two hundred dollars,all of
my real-estate and personal estate,whatsoever and wheresoever,
of what nature,kind,and quality soever the same may be,and not
hereinbefore given and disposed of,(after paying my debts,legacie ,
and funeral expenses),I give and bequeath unto my said wife,
Celia Hann,to here own use and benefit absolutely.
And I do hereby consti'tute and appoint my said Wife,Celia Hann,
sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof,I,Ezra B.Hann,the Testator,have to this,
my Will,written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and seal,this
lOth day of August,A.D.1926.
