First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.

Aleda the use and occupancy of my house and lot at No.72b Lincoln Ave
nue,providinG that tney pay all expenses to maintain same inuludin5
taxes and insurances,until my dau6hter Aleda shall attain the a~e of
twenty-one (21)years and from and after the arrival of my ~aid dau~hter
lede at such age I order and direct that my Real Estate be converted
into money and for that rurpose,I do hereby authorize and empo?er my
~xecutoI',hereinafter named,to sell and dispose of my uaid Heul ~stat~,
eitler at public or private sale,for the best price that can be 0ot-
ten for the same and by ~roper deed,conveyances or assurances of the
Law,to be duly executed,acknowledJed and perfected,to arant,convey
and assure the same,to the purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee
simple.I also order and direct that all the rest,residue and re-
mainder of my Estate be also converted into money by my ~xecutor and
