being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and makintf void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
1 ~ftevise my_real estate situate at 229 west Chestnut street,
_wash1ngton,Pa.,to my wife Emma Clutter,dur1ng her natural life
..-and at her death to my Bon Earl F'.Clutter,his heirs and assigns
forever.
2 I give,devise and bequeath all personal property of whioh
I may die seized to my wife,Emma Clutter,dur1l1g her life and at her
death said personal property sha~l be 80ld and the preeede of said
sale be equally divided between my daughter,Leonora Lewis ana my
'~on,Earl F.Olutter.
3-Should th re be any debts against m at the time of my deoease it
is my will that theYb paid in equal parts by my son Earl F.Clutter
and my daughter Leonora Lewis.
