I,HARRY H.HULL,of Washington,Pennsylvania,
do make and publish this my last will and testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
2.I give,devise and bequeath to the
Citizens National Bank of Washington,Pa.,Fifty Thousand
($50,OOO.OO)Dollars,in trust,nevertheless,for the following
uses and purposes:
(a)The said trustee shall hold and manage the
said trust fund,invest and reinvest the srome in such loans~
~
stocks,bonds,securities as it may deem proper and suitable,
without being restricted to investments which the trustee is
or may hereafter be authorized and permitted by law to make.
The said trustee being hereby granted full power to retain,
sell,lease,mortgage,exchange or otherwise dispose of any
or all of the property of the trust fund,as it may deem proper.
The trustee may employ counsel and other agents in the discharge
of its duties,and determine and pay to them reasonable compen-
sation.
(b)The trustee may retain and hold,should
it deem advisable,any and all stocks,bonds,or other securi-
ties held by me at the time of my death,and may invest,sell,
and reinvest any of the said stocks,bonds,or other securities
as it may deem advisable,without restriction as to the class
of investments,as hereinbefore set forth,and without any
liability for depreciation in value of such securities,or
loss resulting from such holding or reinvesting.
(c)The trustee shall distribute the net
income arising from the said trust to my wife,Mary L.Hull,

during her lifetime,quarterly,semi-annually,or at such
other times and intervals as it may find convenient.
(d)On the death of my wife,Mary L.Hull,
the principal of the said trust shall be distributed to and
among the following,in the amounts set forth:
To Mrs.Fred Smith,of Warren,OhiO,a niece of my wife,
Three Thousand ($3000.00)Dollars.
To Citizens Library of Washington,Fa.,Five Thousand
($5000.00)Dollars.
To Miaa Nellie Bolon,a nurse at Hillsview Farms
Sanitarium,Washington,Fa.,Three Thousand ($3000~00)Dollars.
To Miss Martha Cornelius,a nurse at Hillsview Farms
Sanitarium,Washington,Fa.,Three Thousand ($3000.00)Dollars.
To John M.Barnett,of Hillsview Farms Sanitarium,Wash-
ington,Fa.,Three Thousand ($3000.00)Dollars.
To First Baptist Church,Washington,Fa.,Twenty Thousand
($20,000.00)Dollars.
To Washington Hospital,Washington,Fa.,Ten Thousand
($10,000.00)Dollars~and
rhe remaining Three Thousand ($3,000.00)Dollars to become
a part ~of the residue of my Esta.te.
3.I give;and bequeath to Young Men's Christian
Association,Washington,Fa.,Five Thousand ($5000.00)Dollars.
4.I give and bequeath to Salvation Army,Wash-
ington,Fa.,to be used in and in connection with its work
in Washington,Fa.,and not elsewhere,Five Thousand ($5000.00)
Dollars.

estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my
sister,Alice Mary Hull,of Washington,Pa~
13.I direct that all inheritance and succes-
sion taxes be paid out of the residue of my estate.
14.I hereby give and grant to my executor,here-
inafter named,full power to sell,lease or mortgage any real-
estate owned by me at the time of my decease,with full and .
complete power to diVide,subdivide,or otherwise convey the

same,on such terms and conditions as it may deem proper,
hereby giving to my said executor all such rights and powers
in the premises as I myself could exercise.
15.I further give to my executor all such
powers,rights and privileges with regard to investments in
stock,bonds and other securities as hereinbefore given to
the trustee hereinbefore named,and do further authorize and
empower my said executor to make distribution in kind to the
several beneficiaries named in this will of the stocks,bonds
and other securities held by the said executor,without conver-
sion thereof.
16.I hereby constitute and appoint Citizens
National Bank of Washington,Pa.,executor of this my last
will and testament.

Florida.
