I,JAMES E.FORSYTHE,of the Borough of West Brownsvi Ie,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my last Will
and revoke any other Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
practical after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the entire
remainder of my estate,both real and personal,of any nature whatso
ever and wherever situate unto my wife,BESSIE M.FORSYTHE,absolute y
and in fee simple.
THIRD:In the event that my wife,Bessie,shall
predecease me or in the event that we should become the victims of
a common disaster in which we should suffer a simultaneous death,
then I give,devise and bequeath the entire remainder of my estate,
both real and personal,of any nature whatsoever and wherever situate
as follows:
(a)The sum of One Thousand and 00/100 ($1,000.00)
Dollars to my niece MARY NANNS.
(b)The remainder to be divided in equal one-eighth
shares to my children:WILLIS E.FORSYTHE,CHARLOTTE L.PRITTS,
ROBERT J.FORSYTHE,MARCIA EARL,CAROL L.FIRESTONE,CARL J.FORSYTH,
LOLA E.HILL and RONALD FORSYTHE,absolutely and in fee simple,
in equal shares,share and share alike,per stirpes.
FOURTH:I hereby authorize and empower my personal
representative to sell and dispose of any of the assets including
real property to effectuate the purposes of this Will and that she
shall do so without prior petition to Court or posting a bond there-
fore.
FIFTH:I authorize and empower my personal
representative to serve without the posting of bond and that if any
rule or law require a bond to be posted that no sureties be required
thereon in the administration of this estate.
SIXTH:I appoint my wife,BESSIE M.FORSYTHE,
as Executrix of my Estate.If the said Bessie M.Forsythe,should
predecease me or otherwise fail to act as such Executrix,then I
appoint my children,WILLIS E.FORSYTHE and CARL J.FORSYTHE,as
Co-Executors of my Estate in her place.
