I,CECILIA R.GRAY,also known as CECELIA R.GRAY of 304 Ninth Street,
Borough of Ch~rleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testamer:.t,hereby revoking and making void
any and all wills by me at anytime heretofore made.

I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all of my just debt~
and funeral expenses as soon as may be practicable after my decease.
I give,deviseand bequeath all of my property,re al,personal or
mixed,of which I die seized or possessed or to which I may be
entitled at my decease to my beloved sons,in equal shares,share
and share alike.The names of my sons are as follows:
(a)WILLIAM THOMAS GRAY,son.
(b)ROBERT LEE GRAY,son.
I nominate,constitrte,and appoint my beloved son ROBER.T LEE
GRAY,the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and I
direct that he shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdi-c-
tinn in which he may act.
