I,OSCAR E.GOSS,of McDonald R.D.#3,Cecil Township,
rJ'ashingto:1 County,Pennsy="vania,being of sound and disposing mind and
nemory,hereby revoking any and all Wills by me at any time previously
nade,do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,in manner and
form following:
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay
and settle all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
~ecease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND:In the event that my wife,MARGARET GOSS,shall
be alive at the time of the probate of this my Last Will and Testa-
meat,I tten,give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real and
personal and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease,to my said
~ife,MARGARET GOSS,absolutely and in such case,I do hereby nominate~
~onstitute and appoint my said wife,MARGARET GOSS,as Executrix of
Ithis my Last Will and Testament.
THIRD:In the event that my "7ife,MARGARET GOSS,shall
not be alive at the time of the probate of this my Last Will and
~estament,I then give,devise and bequeath all my estate,both real
~nd personal,and wheresoever situate at the time of my decease,to
~y daughter,IRVIr E G.LIT':::'ELL and to my son-in-law,DAVID S.LITTELL,
~er husband,absolutely;in such event,I do hereby nominate,
constitute and appoint my said daughter,IRVINE G.LITTELL,as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
