I,FRANCIS L.FRIE,unmarried,of Washington County,
Pennsytvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,pubtish and dectare the fotto~ing to be my Last Witt and
Testament,hereby revoking att former ~itts by me at any time
heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that att my just debts and funerat expense
be paid by my hereinafter named Executrix as soon as may be after
my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath att of my estate,
reat,per80nat and mixed,~heresoever situate,to my sister,GLADYS
S.DAWSON.
THIRD:In the event my sister,GLADYS S.DAWSON,shouZd
predecease me,then and in that event I give,devise and bequeath
aZt of my estate,real,personaZ and mixed,~heresoever situate,to
WILMA JEAN PORTER and HARRIET CARTER,share and share alike.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint my sister,
GLADIS S.DAWSON,the Executrix of this my Last Witt and Testament.
In case of her death,incapacity or refusaZ to act or continue as
my Executrix,I appoint WILMA JEAN PORTER and HARRIET CARTER,the
Executrices hereof.
