1.I hereby revoke any and all 'nIls,Testaments and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint m daughter,HAZEL I.S.OPE,
to be the E]l[ecutrix of this,my last :ill and Testament and I
direct that she be permitted to serve \rithout bond.
3.I direct that my executrix promp~ly pay,from out
of the proceeds of Iny estate,all of my just debts,includine th
expenses of my funeral and the costs of administration.
