disposing mind and memory,hereby make,deolare and publish this
my Last Will and Testament,revoking any and all former Wills
by me heretofore made:
lst~I give,devise and bequeath all of my property and
estate,real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever situate,to
my brother,Edgar W.Hastings,and to his heirs and assigns,
forever.
2nd.I hereby constitute and appoint my said brother,
Edgar W.Hastings,Executor of this Will,and authorize him to
sell any and all real est te of which I may die seized.
