LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
EARLE M.FORSYTHE
I,EARLE M.FORSYTHE,a resident of Fairfax County,
Virginia,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do here-
by make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils by me heretofore
made,as follows,to-wit:
ARTICLE I.
I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts,
if any,be first paid as soon as reasonably practicable after my
death.
ARTICLE II.
I direct that all estate,inheritance,legacy,succession
and similar taxes (whether state or federal)payable upon the
passing of my estate,or the corpus thereof,or on the residuary
bequest under this my Last Will,be paid directly out of the body
of my estate as expenses of administration,and I direct that none
of said taxes be paid out of the bequest made under this Will.
ARTICLE III.
I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest,residue and
remainder of the property of whatsoever kind or nature,real,
personal,or mixed,and wheresoever located,whether now owned by
me or hereafter acquired,which I shall own or be in any way
entitled to or interested in at the time of my death,to my beloved
wife,BERTHA M.FORSYTHE,as and for her absolute property.
ARTICLE IV.
In the event my wife,BERTHA M.FORSYTHE,shall predecease
me,or in the event my wife,BERTHA M.FORSYTHE,and I shall die
as a result of a common calamity,regardless of which shall die
first,or in the event my said wife and myself shall both die at
the same time from any other cause,then and in that event I give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,
of whatsoever character,and wheresoever situate,to my son,
JOHN S.FORSYTHE.
ARTICLE V.
I hereby constitute and appoint my wife,BERTHA M.FORSYTHE,
executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and request and
direct that no bond be required of her as such executrix,other
than her own individual bond,without surety.
I hereby give to the Executrix of this my Will full power
and authority at any time or times and without order of Court,to
sell,mortgage,pledge,exchange (for property of like or different
character)or otherwise deal with or dispose of the property com-
prising my estate upon such terms as my Executrix may deem best,
and to settle and comprise any and all claims either in favor of
or against my estate as to my Executrix shall deem best and,for
any of the foregoing purposes,make,execute and deliver any
deeds,contracts,mortgages,bills of sale or other instruments
necessary or desirable therefor.The said powers hereinabove given
to my Executrix shall not be limited to acts done in the adminis-
tration of my estate in the County Court,but shall be general
and unlimited powers so long as my Executrix shall be acting as
such.No one paying over any money to my Executrix or turning
over property to my Executrix need see to the application thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal

day of the date hereof signed,sealed,published and declared by
the Testator,Earle M.Forsythe,as and for his Last Will and

Testament,believing said Testator at the time of so signing to be
