SECOND:I give and bequeath to my daughter,VIOLET CROSSON,my kitchen table and chairs,picture album,living room pictures and my keepsake ring. THIRD:I give and bequeath unto my daughter,ANNIE SCHMIDT,my bedroom dresser,bed,springs and mattress. FOURTH:I give and bequeath unto my daughter CHARLOTTE ZUBENKO,my bedroom chest of drawers and the sum of Five Hundred and no/IOOths ($500.00)Dollars. FIFTH:I give and bequeath unto my son,THOMAS DEAKIN, my living room mirror. SIXTH: my chime clock. I give and bequeath unto my son,ALBERT DEAKIN, SEVENTH:I give and bequeath unto my son,THOMAS DEAKIN and my daughter,VIOLET CROSSON,all my linens,sheets and towels, the same to be divided equally between them. • EIGHTH:I give and bequeath unto my children,VIOLET CROSSON,ANNIE SCHMIDT,CHARLOTTE ZUBENKO,THOMAS DEAKIN and ALBERT DEAKIN,all of my glass ware and dishes,including my fancy china dishes,the same to be divided equitably among them as they might agree upon,but if they shall fail to so agree,then I direc my hereinafter named Executor to apportion the same equitably amon my said children,in which latter case,his jUdgment of the dis- position thereof shall be final. NINTH:It is my will that all of the foregoing bequest and legacies to my respective children shall pass to and belong to them free and clear of any Succession or Transfer Inheritance Taxes,and I,therefore,direct that any such tax or taxes shall be paid out of my residuary estate.
