I,John Hust n,of Unionto n,County of Fayette and
state of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make and pUblish this my last Will nd Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
Firstz-I direct that all my debts and funeral expen-
ses be first paid.
Second:-To my d ughter taulte B.Huston,I give and
bequeath the sum of 4000 in cash;my piano;and all the fur-
nishings in my said daUghter's bed-room.
Thirds-I give and devise in equal shares to my belov-
ed wife,Belle M.Huston and to my daUghter Loulie B.Huston,
their heirs and assigns,all my coal lands in the state of
est Virginia,whether the ttiie thereto be vested in me by
deed or certificates of stock.
Fourth:-I give and devise to my ife Belle •Huston
an undivided two-third interest and t my daUghter Loulie B.
Huston the remaining undivided one-third interest in all my
coal 1 nds and mining rights situate in South Franklin Township,
ashington County,Pa.,purch'sed with J.V.Thompson and F.L.
Denniston,my interest therein being an undivided one-fourth.
Fifth:- I give and devise the house and lot here I
reside situate on Union street,Unionto,vn,Pa.,to my wife
Belle •Huston.
sixtha-I give and bequeath unto my wife and said

daughter the proceeds of my life insurance policies,each to
receive the amount herein they are named cs beneficiaries.

Seventhl-All the rest,residue and rem inder of my
estate wherever situate and of whatever description,real,per-
sonal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto my ife,Belle
M.Huston,absolutely.
I do hereby make;constitute and appoint my wife,Belle
•HUston to be Executrix of this my last ill and Testament.
