LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT---
I,PAUL A.DEBNAR,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any
will or wills heretofore made by me.
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be,after my decease.
Second:I give and devise the premises at No.835
Crest Avenue,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,to my three Children,
in the following proportions:
1/2 to Margaret J.Fletcher;
1/4 to Rudolph W.Debnar;and
1/4 to Paul C.Debnar;their heirs and assigns forever.
Third:I give and devise the premises at No.724
Lookout Avenue,Charleroi,pennsylvania,to Rudolph W.Debnar,
his heirs and assigns forever.
Fourth:I give and devise the premises at No.304
Shady Avenue,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,to Paul C.Debnar,his
heirs and assigns forever.
Fifth:All the r est,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed of whatsoever nature and where-
so ever situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my sons,RUDOLPH W.DEBNAR and PAUL C.DEBNAR,
their heirs and assigns forever,share and share alike.

Sixth:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint
FERDINAND W.BOBRICK,to be my Executor of this my Last Will
and Testament.

seal,the 5th day of July,in the year of our Lord,one thousand
nine hundred and forty-seven (1947).
