I,James T.Conlin,of Carroll Township,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound mind,memory,and understanding,do make and
pUblish.this my la~t will and testament,hereby revoking and making
void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First,-I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.

Second,-I give and bequeath unto my sister,Jane Barnett,
of Mt.Braddock,~ennsylvania,the sum of Two Hundred (200)Dollars.
Third,-I give and bequeath unto my son,James T.Conlin Jr.,
the sum of Two Hundred (200)Dollars.
Fourth,-I give and bequeath unto my son,Charles J.Conlin,
the sum of Two Hundred (200)Dollars.
Fifth,-All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,after the payment of my just debts and fUneral ex-
penses,as aforesaid,and payment of the legacies as hereinbefore men-
tioned,I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter-in-law,Cora L.
Conlin,absolutely,to have and to hold and to dispose of at her pleasure.
Sixth and Lastly,I do nominate,constitute and appoint my said
daughter-in-law,Cora L.Conlin~to be the executrix of this my last
will and testament.
In witness whereof,I,James T.Conlin,the testator,have tott/this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this ~day of
