I,the undersigned MAE HALLAM FLINTA,unmarried,
domiciled at the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory,
and understanding,hereby make,publish,and declare this
my last will and testament (hereby revoking any testamentary
writin or writings by me heretofore made),in manner and
form fol101'lin~,to wit:
1.It is my will that my body be buried beside the
body of my father in the Washington C~ery,Washington,
Pennsylvania.
2.I authorize and direct my executrices hereinafter
named to sell,convey,and convert into cash,all my estate,
as soon as it is reasonably possible after my death.
3.I give and bequeath to my sister,Dollie Riggle,
the sum of $500.00 free of all taxes;to Anna Mae,the daughter
of Lewis A.Hallam,the sum of :~SOO.OO free of all taxes;and
to Edward E.Gardner the sum of ~l,OOO.OO free of all taxes.
l~.All the residue of my estate,of whatsoever kind,
Nheresoever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to the
Mt.Pleasant Presbyterian Church,South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and its successors whether by
merger,change of name,or otherwise.
5.I make,constitute,and appoint Lillian Selk and
Lorna Braden as executrices of this my will,to serve without
bond in any jurisdiction.
