LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JAMES C.GEE,of the Borough of North Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind and ~emory co on this,the 26th day of June,1963,hereby
make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testament.
1.I hereby revoke any and all Wills,Testaments and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint my wife,EDITH GEE,to be
the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament and I direct
that she be permitted to serve without bond.
3.In the event that my wife aforenamed should be unable
to serve,or unab:e to complete the duties of her appointment,
then I nominate and appoint my sister-in-law,NELLIE .L.PAXTON,
to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,and I
direct that she bE permitted to serve without bond.
4.I direct that my Executrix promptly pay,from out
of the proceeds of my estate,all of my just debts including the
expenses of my funeral and the costs of administration.
5.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
whether the same be real,personal or mixed,unto my wife,EDITH
GEE,in feE simple forever.
6.In the event that my wife aforenamed should have
predeceased roe,or in the event that we should meet our deathsin
a common disaster,then I give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,wjether the same be real,personal or mixed,unto my
Executrix and I direct that she sell the same for the best obtain-
able price and divide the proceeds equally among my children
