I,Gennario Falorio,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and I
!declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
lexpenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
lever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved children
Domenic Falorio,John Falorio,Paul Falorio and Rose B.Turanin,
share and share alike and to be equally divided among them.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,
Domenic Falorio,as the executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
