I,John Doriguzzi,of Fredericktown,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last Will,in
manner and form following,hereby making null and void any and all
wills and writings in the nature thereof.
FIRST:-I give and bequeath to each of my children,
namely,Philomena Ferrari,Amerigo Doriguzzi,Erminia Rota,Leno
Doriguzzi,John Doriguzzi,Elsie Watson,Albert Doriguzzi and
EvelYn Doriguzzi,the sum of FIVE DOLLARS each.
SECOND:-I give and bequeath to my child or children,
paying the premium from the date of these presents on life insur-
ance policy in Prudential Insurance Company issued on me,as the
insured,the proceeds of said policy after paying from the pro-
ceeds therefrom my funeral expenses,costs of my last illness and
the stipends for funeral masses.
THIRD:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate I give,bequeath and
devise to my three children,Elsie Watson,Albert Doriguzzi and
EvelYn Doriguzzi,in equal shares.
FOURTH:-I hereby name,constitute and appoint my son,
Albert Doriguzzi,as executor of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
