I,the undersigned BARBARA DONNER,widow,domiciled
at the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind,memory,and understanding,
hereby make,publish,and declare this my Last Will and Testa-
ment (hereby revoking any other will or wills by me heretofore
made),in manner and form following,towit:
1.I give,devise,and bequeath all my estate,of
whatsoever kind,wheresoever situate,in equal shares to my
four children,Victor Donner,Genevieve Donner Simons,Barbara
Donner Scheider,and Mary Donner Wherry,their heirs and assigns,
expressly subject however to the following nwmed provisions for
equalization of their shares;and to facilitate the liquidation
and distribution of my estate I authorize and direct my executor
as soon as convenient after my death to sell my real estate,
for such price as he in his discretion may deem best,and to
execute and deliver a deed or deeds of conveyance thereof,without
asking leave of Court.My said daughter Barbara is now indebted
to me in the sum of $2,400.00,with interest from November 3,
1927,secured by mortgage recorded in the Recorder's Office of
Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,in Mortgage Book 1935,page 302,
and my daughter Mary is indebted to me in the sum of $500.00,with
interest at 4%from January 1,1935,and it is my will that if
said debts shall remain in whole or in part unpaid at my death,
the same shall be deducted from their shares in distribution,
respectively,provided,that if either debt shall exceed a share
in distribution then the share and the debt shall be extinguished.

son,Victor Donner,executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
