I,MARY COOK GALLAGHER,of Sycamore Street,Muse,Cecil Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,beins of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct and order that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my
Co-executors hereinafter named,be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall
by them be found convenient.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,be it real,personal or
mixed,and whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,to my beloved
children,JAMES P.GALLAGHER,FRANK GALLAGHER,RAYMOND J.GALLAGHER,
ZELLA BRAHM,REGINA WILLIAMS and CECELIA CONLEY,equally share and share alike.
THIRD.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my sons,FRANK GALLAGHE
and RAYMOND J.GALLAGHER,as Co-executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
