standing,do make and publish this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time

First.I direct that all my just debt s and fUneral ex-
penses to be tully paid and satisfied by r~J Executors,hereinafter
named,as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
Second.All the rest,residue,and remainder of my estat~
real,personal,and rmxed,Whatsoever and wheresoever,I order and
direct to be converted into money as soon as the same can conveni-
entlY ~e~done after my decease;and for that purpose,I do hereby
authorize and empower my said Executors,hereinafter named,and the
survivor of them,to sell and dispose of all my said real estate,
either by public or private sale or sales,and by proper deed or
deeds,conveyances,or assurances Un the law,to be dUly executed,
acknowledged,and perfected,to grant,convey,and assure the same
to the purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee sir~le.And When the
whole of my said residu.ary estate sha1.1 be converted into money as
