LAST WILL AND TESTAMENr

I,SARAH R.GRIFFIN,of the Borough of East Washington,
County of Washington,State of Pennsylvania,do make,publish,
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.If my husband,SHAN M.GRIFFIN,survives me,I give,
devise and bequeath my entire estate,both real and personal,to
him.
2.If my said husband,SHAN M.GRIFFIN,predeceases me,
I direct that my estate be disposed of as follows:
A.I direct that my real estate,house and lot on
Morgan Avenue,Borough of East Washington,County of Washington,
State of Pennsylvania,be sold by my Executor,hereinafter named,
and that the proceeds of the sale thereof be divided equally
between my two nieces,MILDRED WAGNER and HELEN TODD,both of the
Borough of Brownsville,County of Fayette,State of Pennsylvania.
B.The same division as above shall apply to any bank
deposits or any other personal property of my estate.
C.I direct that all the furnishings of my said
residence be appraised by two disinterested appraisers and I
bequeath the same to my said two nieces provided that the older
niece shall make the first choice of the first item and the
younger niece be given the second choice and so on until the
entire amount of personal property is distributed.
3.I direct that the Washington Branch of the
MELLON NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY be appointed hereby
Executor of this,my Will.
4.I direct that my Executor employ the services of
JOSEPH C.SPRIGGS as counsel.
