memory and understand1ng,do hereby make,publish and declare thi~
to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making void
all former 11ls by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direot my exeoutor hereinafter named to pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as he oan conveniently
do so after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my property,both real
and personal,whereever situate,including my house and lots .her
I reside in the Village of Granvllle,East Plke Run Township,
Washlngton County,Pennsylvanla,equally,to my ohlldren,namely,
Aldo Flloni,Albert Fllonl,Lena Lejohn,Lorralne Gillan,Mlke Fllonl,
and Elmer Filoni.
3.I do hereby name,constitute and appoint my son Aldo
Filonl to be Executor of this my last w11l and testament.
