Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature
thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executor to pay all my just debts,
funeral expenses and costs of administration as soon as may be
conveniently done after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved Wife,
MAGGIE GOODSON,a life estate in the house in the rear of my Lot
situate on '100 Third Avenue,Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania'•
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my pro-
perty,I give,devise and bequeath,of whatsoever nature or kind
and wheresoever the same shall be situate,unto my Children in
equal shares,share and share alike,per stirpes in fee.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my Son,FOREST
GOODSON,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
FIFTH:I direct that no Executor shall be required to
