f'LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
July 18,1969
I,DAVID G.ABEL,of the Borough of Speers,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory,hereby make,publish and declare the following to be ~y
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills,
Testaments and Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I Hereby nominate and appoint my son,DAVID S.ABEL,
to be the Executor of this,my"Last Will and Testament,and
direct that he be permitted to serve without bond.
2.In the event my son,aforenamed,is unable to serve
as Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament,I then appoint
WILLIAM JOBES,as Executor and direct that he is permitted to
serve without bond.
3.I direct that my Executor promptly pay from out of
the proceeds of my estate all of my just debts including the
expenses of my funeral and the costs of administration.
4.The rest,residue and remainder of my estate,whether
the same be real,personal or mixed,I give,devise and bequeath
to David S.Abel,Arlene M.Metz,Diane C.Abel,Patricia Ann
Abel and Donna Lee Abel.At the time of making this will
Patricia Ann Abel and Donna Lee Abel are minors.If I should
die before they become of majority,I devise and bequeath their
share to David S.Abel in trust to be held as such until the
minor child reaches the age of twenty-one (21),at which time
the child's share of my estate shall be turned over to the child
free and clear of the trust.
5.It is my intent and desire that David S.Abel be
guardian of the persons of any minor child living at the time of
my demise.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I hav~hereunto set my hand and seal
the day and year first above written.
