County of Wa shin ton and State of Pennsylvania
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First,I direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner
correspondin with my estate and situation in life and that
my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied
as soon as conveniently be after my decease.
As to sucb estate as it has pleased God to intrust me with.
I dispose of the same as follow8,viz:
Second.I direct after my deceasethat the Homestead and grounds
at 101 First Street,Bentleyville,Washington County,Pennsylvania
be held in trust and rented for a term of five years and the
proceeds less expense be divided equally between my three sons
Namely,O.William Frye.Calvin Grant Frye and George Washington
Frye and payable to said heirs quarterly.And furth r
a sum of $1000.00 dollars be held in trust for any emergency use
only.
Third.At the end of five years the property may be sold if the
market permits and the proceeds less expense be distributed to
said heirs.Including the trust fund.
FOurth.The personal property may all be sold at once or may be
retained and sold or divided at any time.
Fifth.The savings account in the First Federal Savings and Loan
Association in Charleroi,Pa.,may be divided equally after my
decease,and or when all due bills have been paid.
Sixth.11 stocks to be held for a term of five years ÷nds
therefrom distributed to said heirs quarterly.,at the end of
five years th.stocks may be sold or distributed equally from the
proceeds less expense.
Seventh.The Deleware knO\ffi as the Decatur Income Fund shall be
divided as follows.To O.William Frye $15.00 momthly.To Calvin
Grant Frye 30.00 monthly.To George Washington Frye $15.00 monthly.
From th~monthly check now being received by the deceased.
If at the end of five years and if said heirs desire the Decatur
Income Fund may also be sold and the balance in Fund dividedequally.
Eight.I give my Gold Amego watch to my son Calvin G.Frye.
