I,L.S.CULLEY,of Smith Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all former Wills by me heretofore nade.
FIR3T:I direct that all my ju.st debts and funeral,
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after I~decease.
SECOND:I hereby give,devis and bequeath the remain-
der of roy property of whatsoever klnd and wheresoever situated,
real,personal and mixed,unto r~wife,Sardh J.Culley.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby make,constitute and appoint
my wife,Sarah J.Culley to be the Executrix of this roy Last
Will and Testament.
